Job summary

Amoria Bond is seeking a skilled Workday Consultant to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions for international HR and IT stakeholders in the Netherlands.

The role focuses on Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits, with exposure to Core HCM and Time & Absence. You will design, configure, and improve Workday processes while collaborating with global teams in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Strong expertise in Compensation, Advanced Compensation and/or Benefits.
• Experience with Core HCM or Time & Absence is advantageous.

As a Workday Consultant, you will translate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly Workday solutions. You will work closely with international HR, IT and business stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of employee and manager journeys.

Your main focus will be on Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits and related Workday processes.

• Work on solutions within Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Core HCM and/or Time & Absence.

Your background

• At least five years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Strong expertise in Compensation, Advanced Compensation and/or Benefits.
• Experience with Core HCM or Time & Absence is considered an advantage.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Experience working in a complex international environment.
• Familiarity with Workday releases, testing and change implementation.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
