Job summary

Asahi Intecc Europe B.V. in Amsterdam is seeking an HR Assistant / Coordinator to support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and payroll coordination.

You will work under the HR Manager and gradually take ownership, with opportunities to expand into payroll, employee relations, HR systems, and process improvement across European entities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dutch HR administration or employment practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands.
• Experience with HR systems or payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, changes, renewals, and offboarding.
• Support payroll data collection and liaise with providers.
• Assist with HR systems, templates, workflows, and process improvements.
