Job summary

Mujin Europe is seeking an HR Manager to build the HR function from the ground up for a fast-growing robotics scale-up. You’ll work with local leadership and international colleagues to create structure, solve people challenges and improve processes.

In the first year you’ll implement onboarding, payroll coordination, mobility, recruitment, wellbeing, and compliance, preparing the organisation for its next growth phase and future milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in a broad, all-round HR role.
• Comfortable balancing operational work with longer-term improvement initiatives.
• Experience in a scale-up, international or fast-changing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinating payroll with external partners.
• Handling work permits, visas and international mobility matters.
• Supporting managers with people-related questions and decisions.
• Driving recruitment across functions.
• Improving HR processes, policies and systems.
• Taking ownership of wellbeing initiatives and people programmes.
• Preparing the organisation for growth and compliance.
