Job summary

Miele in Amsterdam is seeking an HR Operations & People Services Specialist to ensure HR processes run smoothly and employees receive accurate, timely support throughout their journey.

You will own core HR operations, support managers and employees on HR topics, and continuously improve systems to scale. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus; a bachelor's in HR or related field is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or People Services.
• Experience with payroll and employee lifecycle administration.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll, time & expenses administration and HR systems.
• Administer contracts and lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with policies and local laws.
