JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Director of HR Operations to lead a team of HR Managers and Partners, partnering with COEs to deliver high-quality HR services worldwide. You will shape culture, develop leaders, manage change, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

The role emphasizes strategic business partnership, workforce planning, leadership development, and driving operational excellence in HR programs and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• At least 10 years in Human Resources, including employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.
• Minimum 3–5 years in an HR leadership capacity.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an HR Operations team across multiple divisions.
• Ensure consistency in HR programs, policies, and processes organization-wide.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Compliance, HRIS).
