Job summary

SC Johnson GmbH in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist to join the HR Delivery Center. You will manage end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, support complex employee cases, and collaborate with Local HR, Payroll, Centers of Excellence and other HR teams to ensure timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Human Relations or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of HR Operations/Shared Services experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with HR data, systems and process improvements.
• Proficient in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and SLAs.
• Handle employee queries, complex cases and escalations with relevant stakeholders.
• Act as an expert in HR systems, supporting adoption and automation opportunities.
• Ensure HR processes are compliant with policies and regulations, including audit support.
• Analyze HR data and trends to identify root causes and insights for better decisions.
• Partner with Local HR, Payroll, Centers of Excellence, and external vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain SOPs and training materials.
• Support HR Operations projects, onboarding and training, and mentor junior team members.
