Job summary

Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (YME) in Schiphol-Rijk, NL, is seeking an HR Officer to manage HR administration, onboarding and HR data accuracy. You will act as the first-line HR contact, support with Arbo/illness matters, and help deliver HR projects and reports within the HR Division.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HRM, strong communication, and fluency in English and Dutch, with a proactive, organized approach to HR processes and data handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar HR role.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to engage in HR processes and projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR administration for all employees and expats in line with policies.
• Be the first-line contact for HR questions and coordinate follow-ups.
• Maintain personnel information in the HR system for payroll and decisions.
• Support Arbo/Illness processes and liaise with healthcare providers.
• Prepare standard HR reports and contribute to HR projects and guidelines.
• Contribute to HR procedures and onboarding/offboarding processes.
