Ekro, deel van de VanDrie Group, zoekt een HR-medewerker die de basis op orde houdt en administratieve processen verzorgt. Je bewaakt personeelsadministratie, rapportages en trainingsregistraties in een gestructureerde werkomgeving.

Je werkt zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en levert snelle, correcte ondersteuning aan collega’s. Verder biedt het derhalve doorgroeimogelijkheden, laptop en een dynamische werkomgeving met opleidingskansen.

Qualificações

• Minimaal een afgerond MBO-4 diploma, HRM-achtergrond is een plus.
• Zeer nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kunnen werken.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands; basis Engels is een plus.

Responsabilidades

• Beheren van personeelsadministratie en doorvoeren van personeelsmutaties.
• Opstellen, beheren en verbeteren van HR-communicatie en onboarding.
• Content maken en plaatsen op ons interne communicatieplatform.
• Ondersteunen bij onboarden, transfers en offboarding.
• Ondersteunen bij opleidingsplannen, trainingen organiseren en certificaten registreren.
• Subsidies aanvragen en voortgang monitoren.
• Ondersteunen bij HR-analytics, rapportage en lopende HR-projecten.

As an HR employee, you ensure the basics are right. You maintain an overview of personnel administration, reporting, and training records. You work in a structured and accurate manner and take responsibility. In doing so, you ensure that colleagues are helped quickly, correctly, and professionally.

What are you doing

• You handle personnel administration and process personnel changes;
• You draft, manage, and improve HR correspondence;
• You create and post content on our internal communication platform;
• Together with your colleague, you handle the administration regarding onboarding, transfers, and offboarding;
• You assist in drafting and implementing the training plan, organize training courses, and register certificates;
• You apply for subsidies and monitor progress;
• You provide support with HR analytics, reporting, fleet management, and current HR projects.

What do you get

• A gross monthly salary of €2.750 to €3.500 based on 40 hours. Salary classification based on knowledge and experience;
• 2% year-end bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometer;

What to bring

• At least a completed MBO 4 education; a background in HRM is a plus;
• You work accurately, independently, and result-oriented;
• You are assertive, have integrity, and love structure;
• You have extensive knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365;
• You have a very good command of the Dutch language and a basic knowledge of English.
• We work in an international environment, so do you speak Arabic, Turkish, Romanian, or another foreign language? That's a great advantage!
