Job summary

Intelic, based in Amsterdam with Kyiv, builds software for unmanned systems that defend Europe. As HR Generalist, you design and own internal processes, automate workflows, and collaborate with the People Lead on manager development, performance cycles, and culture.

Your first year focuses on a reliable HR admin foundation, onboarding, and broader HR initiatives. You’ll manage contracts, HRIS data, and policy questions while supporting Ukraine colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Ops/HR Generalist work, preferably in a fast-growing or international organisation.
• Self-starter who can design and own processes and implement automation.
• Hands-on with HRIS tooling and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR lifecycle day-to-day: contracts, addendums, HR tickets, and Buddee HRIS accuracy.
• Act as internal expert on HR tools; experiment with AI to streamline recurring processes.
• Host monthly onboarding sessions for new joiners and ensure a welcoming start.
• Be the Amsterdam HR face for policy, benefits, and local regulations.
• Support the Ukrainian team with HR queries and ensure they feel connected.
• Run payroll checks together with finance.
