Job summary

Hunkemöller is seeking an Internship HR - Compensation & Benefits in the Netherlands. You will support analyses, reporting, benchmarking and policy development while collaborating with Legal, Finance, Store Operations and regional HR teams.

You are a 3rd or 4th year HBO/WO student in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field, available for 4 days per week. You have strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, English proficiency, and can work independently yet in a cross-functional,

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year student in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with data focus.
• Proactive, curious, and able to connect dots and challenge the status quo.
• Strong English communication; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation and benefits analyses, reporting and benchmarking.
• Work with HR analytics and people data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Contribute to development and improvement of Comp & Benefits policies and processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Store Ops, and Regional HR teams for alignment.
• Prepare clear, on-brand presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in projects around annual performance review cycle and day-to-day tasks.
