Newmark Hotels & Reserves is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Executive Housekeeper by supervising daily operations, ensuring luxury lodge standards, and leading a diverse team in a remote lodge environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience, with lodge experience highly advantageous and a strong eye for detail. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

• Strong understanding of housekeeping standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure rooms are prepared to lodge standards for arrivals and turn-downs.
• Conduct thorough room inspections and quality checks.
• Manage linen, cleaning supplies, and stock control.
• Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance.
• Work closely with front office and maintenance teams.
• Ensure health, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.
• Handle lost & found procedures professionally.
