Job summary

Rosewood Amsterdam is seeking dedicated Housekeeping Attendants to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort throughout the property. You may work as a Room Attendant, Mini Bar Attendant, Public Area Attendant, or Laundry Attendant, depending on experience and needs.

As part of a luxury, guest-centric environment, you will be essential in delivering immaculate spaces and memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional standards

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation in your designated work area
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, minibars, or laundry services meet the highest luxury hospitality standards
• Replenish amenities, linens, supplies, and minibar items as required
• Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
• Respond efficiently to guest requests and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
• Handle equipment, furnishings, and guest belongings with the utmost care
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues alike
