Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is seeking a Housekeeping Management Intern to support the housekeeping team and uphold high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort across the hotel. This role offers hands-on experience in a historic, vibrant property and a path to developing leadership and organisational skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality guest experiences.
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Available for a full-time internship for 5 to 12 months.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in coordinating room cleaning schedules and public area maintenance
• Ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards are consistently maintained
• Support training and coaching of team members to achieve service excellence
• Assist with administrative tasks such as planning, reporting, and quality checks
• Monitor room status updates and communicate effectively with the Front Office
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team engagement
• Support stock control and inventory management for housekeeping supplies

As a Housekeeping Management Intern, you play a key role in supporting the Housekeeping team and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort across the hotel. You contribute to daily operations while developing leadership and organisational skills within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Dutch or any additional language is an advantage
