Job summary

St Christopher’s Inn Amsterdam is seeking a Cleaner/Housekeeper to maintain high cleanliness standards and prepare rooms for guest check-in. You will work as part of a dynamic, multi-national team in a fast-paced hostel environment.

Applicants should be social, detail-oriented, and able to multitask, with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn. Legally eligible to work in the Netherlands is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn through our training program.
• Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.
• Good teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness standards across the hostel.
• Ensure rooms are ready for guest check-in on time.
• Support the housekeeping team and collaborate with staff.

Job vacancy: Cleaner/ Housekeeper

At St Christopher’s Inn Amsterdam we meet people from all around the world every day, and our goal is to ensure guests and crew always feel welcome, included, connected and accepted.

The housekeeping team is responsible for leaving our guests with a great experience in Amsterdam through maintaining cleanliness standards around the hostel and ensuring rooms are ready for guests to check-in on time.

Prior experience working within hospitality is a huge plus for this role but don’t feel it’s a deal breaker, we are confident that our training program can provide you with the essential skills to thrive in our team.

Salary: €16.19euro per hour.
