Job summary

Hotelprofessionals - Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in our luxurious hotel. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, restocking essentials, and ensuring public areas are immaculate.

We offer a contract of 24 to 38 hours per week with a salary in line with the collective labor agreement, ranging from €14.91 to €15.86 per hour depending on experience, along with numerous benefits including health insurance and vacation days.

What will you be doing?

Together with the Housekeeping team, you are responsible for cleaning our luxury hotel rooms. This includes making beds, cleaning rooms and bathrooms, removing trash and used dishes, restocking consumables, and reporting any deficiencies or shortages. Additionally, you are responsible for cleaning public and banqueting areas.

In the former Shipping House of Amsterdam, you’ll find one of the city’s most iconic five-star hotels: Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam. The hotel features 205 luxurious rooms, including 22 suites, 8 meeting and event rooms, a Bar Lounge, and a Spa & Wellness center. Conveniently located just 500 meters from Amsterdam Central Station and easily accessible from the highway, it’s a prime destination.
