Job summary

NIO House Amsterdam is seeking a motivated and passionate NIO House Specialist intern to support customer engagement, events, and brand-building across the Amsterdam location. You will gain hands-on experience in showroom operations, content creation, market research, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Support teams, while learning from seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a user-first and hospitality-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and NIO community members, providing information about NIO House Amsterdam and NIO services.
• Assist in organizing community events, workshops, product showcases, and user activities at NIO House Amsterdam.
• Represent NIO’s values and premium lifestyle to ensure a warm, inspiring visitor experience.
• Support daily operations of NIO House Amsterdam, including showroom presentation, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
• Help develop marketing materials and social media content to promote NIO House Amsterdam events and campaigns.
• Conduct market research on trends, user feedback, and competitor activities for local insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, User Support, and Sales teams to contribute to growth and community-building in the Netherlands.
