Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Project Manager to lead repositioning projects, new openings, and maintenance initiatives across the Northern Europe portfolio. You will manage scopes, budgets, timelines, and quality while coordinating with design, construction, and procurement teams to deliver on ambitious hospitality projects.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership abilities, industry knowledge, and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Experience in hotel projects and CAPEX management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead repositioning and new opening projects in line with program milestones and budgets.
• Oversee cost control, KPI monitoring and change management.
• Coordinate design teams and construction activities across stakeholders.
• Prepare feasibility reports and scopes of work for refurbishment and openings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, permits, and handover documentation.
