Job summary

Minor Hotels is seeking a Project Manager for its Europe & Americas portfolio. The role focuses on repositioning existing hotels, and delivering new openings within strict budgets and timelines.

You will oversee feasibility, execute plans, and coordinate internal teams with external partners to ensure high quality outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Projects and Construction and the Supervisor Project Managers, you will manage CAPEX, tendering, and handover activities, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Completed degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in design, interior design, construction project management, and facility management at technical and strategic level.
• Very good knowledge of construction industry local market conditions, costs, laws, and standards.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repositioning projects of existing hotels and new openings.
• Responsibility for projects in CAPEX budgets and scope.
• Prepare feasibility reports with PoR, preliminary cost/time estimates, and SoW.
• Draft execution plans and manage room inventory displacement.
• Oversee cost control, KPI monitoring, and change management.
• Lead tendering processes with procurement partners and competitive reviews.
• Coordinate design teams (interiors, MEP, fire, build) to deliver full design packages.
• Manage construction, inspections, permits, and handover to operations.
