Job summary

Center Parcs Europe seeks a Senior Project Manager – Development, Extensions & Renovations to shape early-stage developments and major renovations across its portfolio in Germany. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with authorities, and ensure projects move from concept to permitting with strong stakeholder alignment.

You will travel regularly, collaborate in a matrix, and bring experience in hospitality real estate, with fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management or related field and 7–10 years in project development.
Experience guiding complex multidisciplinary projects from feasibility to permitting.
Fluency in German and English; Dutch and/or French a plus.
Ability to coordinate across countries within Leisure/Hospitality real estate is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead new developments, renovations, redevelopment and extension projects from concept through permits.
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and align Operations, Finance, Legal and Development around scope, planning and budgets.
Manage architectural, engineering, design and technical prep activities with external consultants and advisors.
Lead permitting and authorisation processes with municipalities, regions and authorities while ensuring compliance.
Monitor planning, budgets, feasibility and project risks, and prepare decision papers and status reports for senior stakeholders.
