Job summary

Minor Hotels is seeking a Project Manager for our Hoofddorp office to lead repositioning of existing properties and realization of new openings. You will manage CAPEX, budgets, timelines, and risk while coordinating design, procurement, and construction teams.

The role requires 5–10 years in design/PM roles within hotels, with a strong grasp of costs, schedules and regulatory compliance. An international travel mindset and fluency in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Residence in the Netherlands or Belgium.
• Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in design, interior design, construction project management and facility management.
• Experience in luxury hotel projects is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry, costs, laws, standards and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, including MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repositioning of existing hotels and new openings.
• Manage projects within CAPEX budgets and timelines.
• Prepare feasibility reports with PoR scope, cost and time estimates.
• Coordinate design team and ensure full design package delivers.
• Conduct procurement, tendering, contracting, and site supervision.
