Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group in Amsterdam is offering a Groups, Meetings and Events Intern position starting August 2026 for 5 to 10 months. You will assist with planning, proposals, and event logistics across multiple properties.

You will learn how commercial decisions shape guest satisfaction, update systems, and collaborate with operations while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality sales and events. Full-time internship with 38 hours per week, monthly allowance from €550 and travel coverage.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills.
• Available for a full-time internship up to 38 hours per week for 6+ months, while remaining enrolled at university.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordination of meetings, group stays, and events.
• Support daily administrative tasks and client communications.
• Manage event enquiries, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Liaise with operations for successful event execution.
• Maintain records and systems related to bookings and events.
• Support on-site event operations when required.
