Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in the Netherlands is seeking an Allround Maintenance Employee / Engineer to keep hotel facilities safe, functional and well maintained daily. You will perform preventive and daily maintenance, locate and fix faults, conduct rounds, coordinate with third parties, operate the Building Management System, and handle engineering admin.

Qualifications

• You are eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Strong English skills; Dutch preferred.
• Technical insight and repair affinity.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (morning/evening) and 2–3 weekends per month.
• Experience leading a team.
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic hotel environment.
• Ready for a new challenge.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the daily maintenance of all areas and preventive maintenance.
• Locate technical failures and ensure resolution.
• Conduct inspection rounds in the hotel.
• Coordinate with third parties for unresolved issues.
• Operate and maintain the Building Management System.
• Handle administrative tasks in Engineering.
