Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts, The Hague location, seeks an in-house technician to monitor building systems, perform repairs, and support maintenance operations. You will assist the maintenance manager, oversee preventive tasks, and coordinate with vendors to keep facilities running smoothly.

The role emphasizes reliability, guest satisfaction, and a proactive approach to energy use and safety. Dutch and/or English language skills are valued for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repair is expected.
• Strong technical knowledge across building systems is required.
• Flexible to be called for breakdown services when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance manager in day-to-day work and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Carry out corrective maintenance promptly and efficiently.
• Support in security measures and ensure permits are available.
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage contract proposals.
