Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and/or English.
• Broad technical knowledge and repair skills.
• Ability to be called for breakdown services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance manager in day-to-day work and oversee preventive maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
• Carry out all corrective maintenance activities in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in implementing security measures and supervise availability of necessary permits.
• Organize with the manager proposals for investment, replacement, and contract adjustments with vendors.
• Support organization of duties and maintenance activities of external vendors into the hotel, coordinating with departments.
• Collaborate in monitoring energy consumption and maintenance costs (water/electricity).
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms (audiovisuals, lighting, etc.).
• Resolve guest incidents and issues promptly.
