Job summary

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is seeking an All Round Maintenance Employee/Engineer to keep hotel facilities safe, functional, and well maintained on a daily basis. The role covers daily maintenance, inspections, and coordination with third parties to resolve issues promptly.

You will work in a dynamic hotel environment with rotating shifts (morning/evening) and some weekends, leading a small team and contributing to guest comfort and service quality.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Strong English language skills; Dutch preferred.
• Technical insight and repair-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to rotate shifts including mornings/evenings and some weekends.
• Experience leading a team.
• Thrives in a dynamic hotel environment and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and preventive maintenance to ensure hotel facilities are safe and functional.
• Identify and locate technical failures and ensure timely resolutions.
• Conduct regular inspection rounds of the hotel facilities.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers when needed.
• Operate and monitor Building Management System effectively.
• Handle administrative tasks within the Engineering department.
