Job summary

Borealis Hotel Group is seeking a reliable Maintenance Attendant for Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam City Hall to ensure our hotel facilities are consistently well-maintained for guests. You will manage building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, support preventive maintenance, and assist external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Always ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for guests and staff
• Carrying out routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving technical issues
• Supporting repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Monitoring and maintaining technical systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Assisting external contractors when required
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
