Apollo Hotel Amsterdam is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests and provide information so they feel at home during their stay.
You will assist with check-in, share local highlights, and help guests with requests, ensuring a smooth, personalized experience.
Fluent Dutch and English are required; you should be available for 1–3 nightshifts per week, on-site in Amsterdam, with training and benefits.

You are the point of contact for our guests and provide them with all the information they need. You'll help guests check-in and tell them which highlights they really shouldn't miss. In the meantime, you get a call from a guest who wants to reserve a room for next week. No problem, you will take care of that too. You notice that the next guests are ready to check out, so you help them immediately. You're dying to know how they experienced their time with us. You take their suitcases, so they can hop into town before they leave. They tell you that they will come back for a visit soon. That’s why you do it!
