Leonardo Hotels Benelux is hiring a friendly Host for Leonardo Hotel Vinkeveen Amsterdam. You are the first contact for guests, assist with check-in, share local highlights, and help with reservations, ensuring a warm welcome from arrival to departure.

Fluent in Dutch and English, you enjoy teamwork, stay calm under pressure, and put guests first with a genuine hospitality mindset. Part-time morning and evening shifts are available; this role includes luggage assistance and opportunities to grow

What Will You Be Doing?

You are the point of contact for our guests and provide them with all the information they need. You assist guests with check‑in and tell them about the highlights they absolutely shouldn’t miss. Meanwhile, you receive a phone call from a guest who wants to reserve a room for next week. No problem — you take care of that too. You notice the next guests are ready to check out, so you help them right away. You’re genuinely curious about how they experienced their stay with us. You take their luggage so they can enjoy the city a bit longer before they leave. They tell you they’ll be back soon. That’s why you do it!

Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam

The newest hotel of our chain is located directly at metro station Overamstel. The location of this 4-star superior hotel is ideal: 5 minutes from the Zuidas and the RAI, 10 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The hotel has 18 floors and 490 rooms with fresh, innovative design and high quality modern equipment. • You speak fluent Dutch and English.

• You are available part‑time, for morning and evening shifts.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are enthusiastic and have strong communication skills.
• You are accurate and able to handle stress well.
• You have experience in hospitality.

To be considered for this role, applicants must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
