Zusammenfassung

Leonardo Hotel Hengelo City Center is seeking a friendly Host to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries. You will share recommendations, take reservations, handle calls for room requests, assist with luggage, and support breakfast service while maintaining a welcoming lobby.

We look for candidates with hospitality experience, the ability to work independently and in a team, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience as a receptionist is required or preferred.
• Familiar with reservation systems and delivering guest services.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests at check-in and check-out, answer questions and assist with requests.
• Make restaurant and activity reservations and provide local recommendations.
• Handle room reservation inquiries by phone, email or on-site.
• Assist guests with luggage and ensure a warm farewell.
• Support breakfast service and maintain a welcoming lobby area.
• Keep the hotel lobby and public areas clean and inviting.

Job Requirements

• You always put the guest first.
• You are flexible, energetic and calm in any situation.
• You have experience as a receptionist; F&B experience is a plus.
• You work well independently and in a team.
• You are proactive, responsible and a real go-getter.
• Experience with reservation systems and first aid is an advantage.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
• At least two years of hospitality experience.
• You can easily travel to work at all times.
• Working hours will be 30.4 hours/4 days a week

To be considered for this role, applicants must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
