Job summary

A Beautiful Mess in Arnhem Rozet seeks a Shiftleader to guide the floor, coach the team, and ensure smooth daily operations while staying visible to guests. You will champion hospitality, service quality and staff development in a diverse environment.

You will lead by example, support trainees, and help create a safe, professional workplace where colleagues can grow and contribute to social impact through hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and floor leadership.

• Strong guest focus and organizational acumen.

Responsibilities

• Leading & coaching – Managing and coaching the team during the shift.
• Really getting to know team members and paying attention to individual development.
• Setting the right example in hospitality and service.
• Working with and within a diverse team with different backgrounds.
• Working with the team on growth and continuity.
• Actively greet guests and have a visible presence on the floor.
• Deal with complaints and proactively provide solutions.
• Upsell and make suggestions at the table.
• Provide consistent, warm and professional service.
