Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Duty Management Intern to gain hands-on experience across hotel operations. You will collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily performance and guest satisfaction.

You will develop leadership, problem-solving, and operational skills in a dynamic hospitality environment, while supporting reporting and projects and contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Hospitality/Hotel Management/Tourism degree.
• Available for at least 4 months, 5 days per week, including weekends.
• Starting late Sep or early Oct 2026.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Proactive, organized and solution-oriented.
• Enjoy working with different teams and departments.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Good command of English; additional languages a plus.
• Must provide a school internship agreement.
• Residential address in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support daily hotel operations across multiple departments.
• Assist with guest relations and handle feedback/complaints.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance teams.
• Conduct operational checks and support quality and brand standards.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and ensure special requests are handled with care.
• Support reporting, administrative tasks, and operational follow‑up.
• Contribute to hotel projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help create memorable guest experiences by delivering excellent hospitality and service.
