Qualifications

• Completed hotel-industry training or a degree in hospitality or business administration.
• Experience in an operational leadership role in lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy.
• Strong knowledge of POS and PMS and general business management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with coaching and feedback to foster growth and a positive atmosphere.
• Plan duty and holiday rosters and optimize daily work processes.
• Take charge of daily operations, lead briefings and demonstrate exceptional service.
• Uphold the Ruby Spirit, executing internal styles and quality standards.
• Assist Hotel Manager in recruiting talents and building a strong team.
• Oversee monthly closings, inventories, payroll prep, and F&B orders.
• Ensure HACCP, safety, fire protection and legal compliance.
• Collect, analyse, and respond to guest feedback with charming solutions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in operational leadership in lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy.
