Job summary

Corral of Tricounty, Inc. dba Golden Corral invites energetic professionals to join our franchise team as Hospitality Manager. You will create a warm Front-of-House environment and hire and develop Co-workers to deliver a memorable dining experience.

As a member of the operations team, you will oversee guest service, food quality, safety, and labor management while supporting the General Manager in day-to-day decisions across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in high-volume casual dining.
• Education and training in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion of Golden Corral’s management training program.

Responsibilities

• Create a spirit of hospitality in Front-of-House.
• Lead and develop front-of-house staff to ensure profitable operations.
• Oversee food quality, safety, and labor in absence of GM and Kitchen Manager.
