Job summary

Corral of Tricounty, Inc. dba Golden Corral is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team as Kitchen Manager.

You will lead food production and Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral recipes and systems to ensure quality, consistency, and cleanliness for our guests. As a member of the restaurant operations management team, you will oversee overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality

Qualifications

Strong, stable work history and management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
Successful completion Golden Corral’s comprehensive management training program.
Position requires a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage food production and Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures and company systems to ensure standards for quality food, recipes, and cleanliness.
As a member of the restaurant operations management team, oversee the restaurant’s overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
