Qualifications

• Experience in 4- or 5-star hotels preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Proactive, organized, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration including contracts, onboarding, correspondence and personnel files.
• Ensure accurate data entry into HR systems.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply using various tools.
• Perform monthly payroll checks.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and training sessions.
• Support HR team and management with inquiries.
• Organize events and team recognition initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and keep policies up to date.
