Job summary

Excite Hotels is seeking a motivated HR Assistant to join our hospitality-driven team in the Netherlands. You’ll handle onboarding, contracts, and HR inquiries with a friendly, structured approach.

We value discretion, organization, and good communication in Dutch and English. This part-time role offers variety, travel allowances, and staff discounts across our hotels, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Higher vocational (MBO+/HBO) level of thinking and working, preferably in HRM.
• At least 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Discretion and a sense of responsibility.
• Experience with personnel administration.
• Affinity for hospitality is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Processing starters and leavers.
• Drafting employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Managing personnel files.
• Supporting absence registration and HR administration.
• Coordinating the onboarding of new employees.
