Job summary

The Social Hub (B Corp™) in Amsterdam is seeking a Meeting & Events Intern to support driving commercial results across revenue streams and coordinate bookings for our Amsterdam locations. You’ll promote the TSH concept, sell meeting rooms, hotel rooms, and restaurant offerings, and strive to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll be embedded in a hybrid hospitality environment, joining a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Sales oriented with ability to upsell and cross-sell.

Responsibilities

• Assist with answering questions and bookings for Commercial Partnerships via phone, third parties, and emails.
• Develop customer accounts to drive business for the Amsterdam property across revenue streams.
• Work within current business strategies and identify potential opportunities.
• Handle admin tasks and prepare/ update correspondence.
