DrinkWorks, the parent behind Cultcha Kombucha, Kefir del Sol, and Tease Iced Tea, is expanding its commercial team in the Netherlands. We are hiring an Account Manager to drive growth in the East of the Netherlands, engaging with bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• At least two years of sales experience in out-of-home or food/beverage.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (written and verbal).
• Valid driver's license.
• Based in or around Utrecht/Nijmegen region.

Aufgaben

• Be the main contact point for distributor's sales team and close deals together.
• Grow HoReCa customer base across hotels, restaurants and cafés.
• Strengthen relationships by expanding product assortment.
• Help shape strategy and offerings to meet customer needs.
• Manage year-end negotiations for regional customers and ensure timely bonus payouts.
• Provide world-class customer service and active account support.
• Increase brand visibility on-premise via menus, fridge placement, POS materials.
• Represent our brands at tasting events and trade fairs.
