fritz-kola is seeking an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the Central Netherlands, covering Utrecht and Amsterdam. You will build the brand in the local horeca scene, prospect new partners, and tell our story to convert opportunities into lasting partnerships.

Join a dynamic team, manage routes, report weekly, and actively participate in trade fairs and events. You bring HoReCa field sales experience, strong Dutch/English communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset to grow the region.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in horeca (HoReCa) with at least 2 years.
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills.
• Ability to close deals and tell stories.
• Excellent route planning and admin discipline.
• Proficient with MS Office and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Put fritz-kola on the map in central Netherlands, focusing on Utrecht and Amsterdam.
• Build the brand in local horeca community.
• Prospect new partners and tell our story.
• Turn partnerships into mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain weekly reports and daily CRM input.
• Represent the brand at trade fairs and events.
• Aim to meet personal and team goals.
• Drive energy and push new ideas.
