Job summary

RSight is seeking an Account Manager Beer & Cider for South Holland to grow revenue with hospitality clients and new openings. You will visit customers daily, close deals, and advise entrepreneurs on value creation with our brands.

The role requires 3+ years in account management, Dutch fluency, HBO level thinking, and a proactive mindset; relocation to South Holland is available if needed, with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Account Manager or in a similar commercial role.
• HBO level work and thinking.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Excellent command of Dutch.
• Affinity with the hospitality industry.
• Residing in or around the South Holland region or willing to relocate.
• Available 40 hours per week.
• Driving licence B.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue from existing customers by offering new beers and activations.
• Advise hospitality entrepreneurs on value creation with brands.
• Sparring partner and hospitality specialist for entrepreneurs and business leaders.
• Achieve objectives in accordance with KPIs as outlined in the regional plan.
• Daily visits to customers and potential customers.
• Daily contact with colleagues about opportunities and threats.
• Monitor market developments within the hospitality sector and own area.
• Close deals and contracts with existing and new customers.
