Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2+ years inside sales experience preferred.
• Fluent English; Dutch a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation mindset.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer relationships, lead qualification, and revenue growth across assigned accounts.
• Manage full pursuit cycle from inbound inquiry to high-value order closure.
• Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Application Engineers, and Project teams to deliver solutions.
