Optiver in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Tech COO and Head of Platform Engineering. You will provide high-level calendar management, travel coordination and confidential admin, enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

You will liaise with global teams, prepare materials, and manage communications in a fast-paced, high-performance tech environment. Proactive problem-solver with strong English, MS Office, and experience with Confluence is

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
• Proven success in complex, fast-paced organisations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset and problem-solving能力.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and inboxes for the Tech COO and Head of Platform Engineering.
• Plan and coordinate international travel, meetings and itineraries with precision.
• Handle expense processing and administrative tasks for senior executives.
• Oversee meeting logistics including travel, events, and hospitality.
• Liaise with overseas counterparts (US/Asia) and prep meeting materials.
• Support direct reports and ensure tasks are executed to a high standard.
