Optiver is building Corporate Engineering as a new capability within the Platform Engineering group, owning the direction, team, and operating model for the corporate technology stack. You will drive data and AI-enabled transformation, partnering with finance, people, legal and compliance to deliver scalable solutions.

Based primarily in Amsterdam with distributed members in the US and APAC, you will set architecture, roadmap, and governance, hire top engineers, and ensure cost discipline while

Qualifications

Proven track record of leading large software engineering teams.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale platform transformations.
Credible with senior business leaders in finance, HR, legal, or compliance.
Strong enterprise architecture across integration, data, and identity.

Responsibilities

Define technology vision and architecture for corporate functions.
Set engineering roadmap in partnership with the functions.
Lead recruitment, performance and delivery of the team.
Collaborate with Enterprise, Data and AI platform teams.
Drive cost, governance and security considerations.
