Regeneron NL B.V. is seeking a senior brand leader to steer hematology brand plans across European markets.

You will translate global strategy into local execution and oversee launches across multiple geographies. You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, and external partners, manage budgets, and adapt campaigns for local field and digital channels while upholding ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

Discover your role:

Lead the development and execution of hematology brand plans across Austria, Switzerland and the Nordics, aligning local priorities with global strategy.

Drive the launch of two hematology assets across six geographies, ensuring effective execution in competitive markets.

Analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities and risks, and develop differentiated messaging and action plans to support brand performance.

Partner with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to develop and implement market strategies, promotional activities and stakeholder engagement plans.

Adapt global campaigns and materials for local field and digital use while promoting consistency and best-practice sharing across markets.

Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Sales and external partners to implement field plans, communications, cycle meetings and customer engagement initiatives.

Manage promotional budgets, recommend investment priorities and monitor spending to support business objectives.

Build strong partnerships, gather customer insights and maintain high standards of compliance and ethical conduct.

This role requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or a related field, with 8-10+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing experience.
• Significant oncology and/or hematology expertise, including successful launches of specialty medicines in competitive environments.
• Experience developing and delivering brand strategies across multiple markets, managing budgets, agencies and external partners.
• Experience in Multiple Myeloma, Follicular Lymphoma or Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, exposure to multiple European markets, and additional European language skills are advantageous.

Salary Range (annually) €81,375.00 - €135,625.00
