Qualifications

• Fluent in Hebrew (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn in the Travel field

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Handle questions, complaints and concerns while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Record customer interactions, requests and resolutions in internal systems.
