Job summary

Accord Healthcare Europe is seeking a Commercial Assistant to support hospital and retail commercial operations across the Netherlands. You will manage accounts, back-office tasks and product-related activities, driving tender strategies and pricing in a cross-functional setting with Supply Chain and Customer Service.

A strong healthcare background and Dutch market network are highly valued. You will collaborate with hospitals, tenders, insurers and payors while ensuring compliant contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health sciences and/or business economics.
• Experience in healthcare sales and marketing of generics/biosimilars preferred.
• Solid knowledge of the Dutch healthcare landscape; existing network is an advantage.
• Willingness to take initiative and work in cross-functional teams with strong English and Dutch communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day commercial operations in Hospital and Retail channels with multi-department collaboration.
• Support tendering and commercial propositions aligned with corporate strategy.
• Lead preparation and follow-up of submissions with hospitals, insurers, wholesalers; ensure alignment with strategy.
• Manage commercial contracts end-to-end: administration, compliance, lifecycle tracking.
• Develop and optimize pricing structures in line with market dynamics and tender requirements.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for demand planning, product availability, and tender commitments.
• Act as key contact for customers, handle daily questions, ensure timely follow-up.
• Oversee contract execution and ensure accuracy of terms.
• Validate and process commercial claims invoices per contracts.
• Contribute to ad-hoc commercial questions across departments.
