Job summary

Viatris Netherlands is seeking a Pricing, Tender & Demand Associate Manager to drive pricing strategy and tender governance across European and national programs. You will collaborate with sales, finance and supply chain to optimize revenue and inventory, and you will develop dashboards to monitor price realization.

The role requires 3 years in pricing/tender, 2 years in the Dutch pharmaceutical market, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years in Pricing, Tender or demand planning.
• 2 years in the Dutch pharmaceutical market.
• Excellent analytical, communication, administrative and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Adaptability to changing business environment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to maximize revenue potential of products.
• Support local management with business case preparation and impact analysis.
• Advise on pricing decisions and develop dashboards to monitor performance.
• Establish and maintain processes and databases for tenders.
• Ensure price approval and price governance compliance.
• Prepare price and tender quotations for internal stakeholders.
• Translate pricing strategies into demand forecasting with supply chain input.
• Provide performance reporting on wholesale and HIC agreements.
