Qualifications

• Graduate degree in business administration or a technical field.
• Several years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop the programs, plans and measures to drive business performance at all stages of the product life cycle for products or product lines assigned.
• Monitor product portfolio of managed product lines, initiate and coordinate developments, launches, re-launches, etc.
• Coordinate external benchmarking and utilize market intelligence data to identify new business opportunities.
• Create, adapt and continuously optimize marketing plans and operational measures to ensure optimized product positioning in the market.
• Maintain a strong cooperation with the RandD department to guarantee an exchange about the latest trends and customer expectations.
• Visit customers (if required) and contribute to respective offerings on a regular basis to ensure product lines and products meet customer needs.
