Dyson Institute is seeking a Head of Product to shape and execute the overall product strategy across Dyson’s e-commerce and digital domains. You will lead PMs and senior leaders, align efforts with business goals, and elevate product thinking through discovery, experimentation, and data-driven delivery.
You will mentor a high-performance team, champion continuous learning, and partner across functions to drive scalable product ecosystems that create competitive advantage.

As our Head of Product, you will be accountable for shaping and executing the overall product strategy across the organisation. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and technology, ensuring that all product investments deliver meaningful outcomes for both customers and the company. You will lead a team of product leaders, expanding your impact through their teams and ensuring consistent excellence in how problems are framed, opportunities are prioritised, and solutions are validated. This role requires balancing strategic thinking with operational execution. You will act as the steward of product culture, embedding best practices and raising the bar for product thinking across the organisation.
