Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for your Vacuum Cleaner portfolio, translating consumer and market opportunities into clear product requirements and innovation priorities.
- Develop differentiated and compelling value propositions that address consumer needs and create competitive advantage.
- Identify portfolio gaps, price partition opportunities, emerging consumer needs, and technology opportunities through consumer insights, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and portfolio performance.
- Create and own product business cases, assessing market opportunity, sales potential, pricing, costs, profitability, and ROI.
- Make informed product trade-offs across performance, quality, cost, timing, and profitability to balance consumer and business needs.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to align stakeholders, resolve trade-offs, and drive successful product development and launch.
- Team up with Product Project Managers throughout the development process, ensuring consumer needs and product requirements remain central to product decisions.
- Drive product validation through consumer research, product testing, ratings & reviews, and market feedback to ensure a strong consumer experience.
- Partner with Marketing and Design on claims, packaging, and communication to ensure the intended value proposition is consistently brought to life.
- Monitor product and market performance after launch and identify opportunities to improve consumer satisfaction, commercial performance, and portfolio competitiveness.
- Manage product lifecycle activities, including improvements, extensions, animations, cost optimization, and end-of-live planning.
- Support global markets in commercial launch planning and execution, helping ensure new product introductions achieve their intended consumer and business objectives.
- Act as a product expert, continuously building knowledge of competitors, technologies, consumer trends, and category developments.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Innovation, Marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong consumer and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate consumer needs and market insights into product opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use market data, consumer insights, competitive intelligence, ratings & reviews, and product performance to inform decisions.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance consumer needs, technical feasibility, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives.
- Strong communicator, capable of influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams without direct authority, building alignment and driving decisions forward.
- Hands‑on and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency, and the resilience to navigate ambiguity and turn opportunities into action.
- Curiosity for technology, product innovation, and consumer trends, with a passion for understanding what makes a product successful and creating meaningful consumer experiences.
- Experience in consumer durables, small domestic appliances, Floor Care, Vacuum Cleaners, or related consumer product categories is a plus.
- Experience working on technology-intensive or complex innovation programs is a plus.
